People consider fast food to be "bad" or "unhealthy" because they think of places like McDonald's and Burger King. Restaurants like these usually do not use real ingredients which makes them more unhealthy. These places also offer healthy choices but people do not get them as often so they forget about them. People should start to choose better synonymous words for "fast food" than "bad" and "unhealthy."

The spices that people needed were out of necessity. It was hard to preserve meats and often they had to cover up the taste of fowl and spoiled food. It really is not that much different today. We need spices to make our bland, processed foods taste like something.

Fast food has gotten a bad rap. Fast food places have started offering salads, wraps, and grilled versions - but who wants THOSE?

I am always amazed at how easy people like these make it look! I suppose the key is finding some thing you are really passionate about and just jumping in and doing something - and then keep doing it and not losing that connection. In time, something good is bound to happen.
